Can I paint my home/change my home's color? A list of approved paint schemes for the Association are available on the website by following this link: Approved Paint Schemes. Only approved colors can be used. Sherwin-Williams, just outside the Association on Route 27, maintains a list of the approved shades and color schemes as well.

What types of alterations can I make on my home? Any changes to the outside of your home, such as fencing, patios, and the like, must be approved by submitting an application and description of the work to be done to the Architectural Review Board Committee.
